General
What ages is Kidstation suitable for?

Kidstation is designed for children aged 1 to 8. Babies under 12 months enter free of charge. Each child must be accompanied by at least one adult.
Do I need to make a reservation?
+
We recommend making a reservation via our online booking form or contacting us on WhatsApp before your visit. The playhouse may be closed for deep cleaning or private parties, and walk-ins may not be accepted under these circumstances.
Can parents wait inside?

Of course! We have a comfortable parent lounge area. Each child must be accompanied by at least one adult.
What's different between the two branches?
+
The Tsuen Wan and North Point branches have different play facilities. Each branch spans over 10,000 sq ft with unique themed play zones.
Admission & Pricing
How much is admission?
+
Weekday 1-hour adult + child is $90, 2-hour is $140; holiday 2-hour is $180. Adult-only admission starts at $25. See our pricing page for full details.
Do babies under 12 months pay?
+
Babies under 12 months (365 days) enter free. The first accompanying parent pays half the adult rate; the second adult pays the standard extra adult rate.
What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, and FPS.
Can I get a refund?

Walk-in admission is non-refundable once paid. For party booking cancellation policy, please contact us directly.
Do I need to be a member?
+
Yes, all customers must register as a member before admission. Membership is a one-time fee of $20, registered with your Hong Kong phone number.
Party Bookings
What is included in a party package?
+
Party packages include exclusive party space, 8,000 sq ft playhouse access, 2 drinks per visitor, dedicated party host, team mini games, basic decorations, e-birthday card, 2 complimentary weekday ticket sets, and one cartoon balloon for each invited kid.
How do I book a party?

How long is a party session?
+
Includes 3 hours of playtime and 2 hours of party space use. Weekday party timing is flexible.
Is a deposit required?
+
Yes, a deposit is required to secure a party booking. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. Please contact us via WhatsApp for details.
Safety
What hygiene measures are in place?
+
We regularly clean and sanitise all play equipment and surfaces. All materials are child-safe and non-toxic, with regular deep cleaning schedules.
Is there staff supervision?

Yes, trained staff are present at all times to assist and ensure safety. However, parents must accompany and supervise their own children throughout.
Transport
How do I get to the Tsuen Wan branch?

The Tsuen Wan branch is at 11/F, Plaza 88, 88 Yeung Uk Road. About 8 minutes' walk from Tsuen Wan West MTR station, entirely via indoor mall corridors.
How do I get to the North Point branch?

The North Point branch is at 9/F, China United Center, 28 Marble Road. Directly above MTR North Point Station, Exit A4.
